I've completed my first project for Rising Sun Games. John's going to love it. It is an integration of an OJP based combat system and the best medieval fantasy RPG ever created in my opinion. It has the works. My little extra creative addition is a 4 player co-op mode which I'm looking forward to playing on-line with my sons. It's funny I've helped program a great video game now and I still can't figure out what the deal is with the date switching on Oil Seller.

Guess what? I got the job! Lucy and I have decided to stay in Japan for the time being. John and Jackie and the twins are delighted to move to Vernon and make a start while taking care of the house. I've procured my first job as a junior computer programmer at Rising Sun Games and have given my notice at Vernon Paving. Lucy and I are excited because Eckhart Tolle is on tour doing a conference and will be in Tokyo Friday. She's getting into Japanese gardening and loving it.

We're going to Japan! I was really worried about making such a big change. But as soon as I told Lucy about it, she hugged me and said, "Nealie, don't worry, Sweetie, maybe it's time for you to open up to this Rising Sun." She's affirmed to me that it won't hinder her work in anyway. She's forever my inspiration, the key to overcoming my greatest fears.

I've been offered an interview with a computer gaming company. There's a catch. It's in Tokyo, Japan. A tad poetic to be taking Oil Seller to Japan given its namesake. My Teacher recommended me for it and feels I'll learn far more at this position than I would by finishing the program. The company is called Rising Sun Games and they are willing to fly me there. All I have to do is be willing to go. Big decision….It means I will miss the first week of the paving season. What to do?
