Important Notice!

I've received many emails from people insisting on entering POE. Please understand that it's still far too dangerous for human use.
For one, I have thus far been unable to introduce into the program a reliable 'back door'; once one is inside the system, one can only escape by solving all five of the Levels.
Secondly, all the test guinea pigs that I have monitored have had erratic brain activity upon entering the system. I fear retrieval of their memories is having temporary, if not lasting, effect on their cognition.
Finally, the fifth and final Level which accesses the very core of one's being, may prove in some cases to be an impossible challenge. The only test subjects (again, guinea pigs) that have made it through to the final Level have flatlined after days of facing their greatest fears. The damage was irreversible, and I hate to think what my sons would have said about my treatment of these innocent creatures, let alone what Digory and Polly might say! Until Oil Seller and I solve these problems, POE will not be made available. But have hope, the glorious end of peace is approaching.

Many of you may have noticed that I'm under pressure from the Tolice to cease work on the Project. Rumours have been circulating the internet that I've given in to their wishes. I will never do any such thing. I've been working day and night on POE, but it is still unsafe for human use. My test package is a series of four Levels, accessing different aspects of the mind, ending in a fifth that accesses the very core of the self. If I can only finish my work, I believe it could reopen the doors of the human psyche, and possibly even help to return us to a state of adventure and growth.

Using the same theory behind Oil Seller's powerful processor, I've now made it so POE can enter your mind, extract thoughts, and create scenarios or Levels that are custom tailored to you. I must test it rigourously, for I fear any glitches could be very dangerous, even fatal. But don't be discouraged, with time, Oil Seller and I shall work out any kinks.

For a long time I've worked, and slept little. I can now announce that I'm testing the first prototype of POE at my home. It is a completely believable world, where one can walk, eat, drink, even fly. I admit that the real challenge now is making the scenarios truly challenging, such that we may feel the excitement that we once had, before equanimity was our creed. I will make the prototype available online, but I will continue to work on perfecting the scenario builder.
